A small self-initiated piece based on a simple character idea with just enough form to give it a bit of personality. The model itself is intentionally clean and stylised, built from basic shapes with a slight mechanical feel, but refined so it sits somewhere between toy-like and genuinely tactile. I used the project as a chance to jump back into Redshift in C4D and refresh my texturing workflow. I think I’m still hunting for that last bit of realism in this, probably in the lighting or the grade, but mainly this was about staying sharp and having fun with materials and mood.
